This week, professional networking site LinkedIn unveiled their newest product, University Pages (having paved the way for the launch by lowering their minimum age of admission to 14).
University Pages is a lot like an education-focused version of LinkedIn itself, with a dash of the original version of Facebook (remember when that was just for college kids?). Grads can connect with fellow alums, prospectives can connect with current and former students, and you can also check out overview stats on the various fields in which your school’s graduates are employed.
The editors at Education Dive reviewed the 10 American schools with the largest student and alumni networks on University Pages; they assembled a list of the top employers and fields for each institution. Take a look at the list—is your alma mater on it? Have you looked up your college on University Pages yet? What did you learn?
